Christina Bianchini

Christina Bianchini (she/her) is a Registered Professional Counsellor (#3239) and Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association. She is also the owner and clinical director at Repiphany Counselling.

I knew that I wanted to be a Counsellor and help others from a young age, even becoming a peer counsellor at the age of 14.

I specialize in helping people reconnect—with themselves, with others, and with what gives their lives meaning. When we restore connection, we rediscover energy, purpose, and joy.

I’ve spent more than a decade guiding people to move from patterns of disconnection, anxiety, and self-criticism toward deeper authenticity, self-trust, and fulfillment. My work blends science and soul—the neuroscience of attachment and emotion, and the lived experience of what it means to be fully human.

While my own healing journey shaped my passion for this work, what matters most now is helping you discover that real and lasting change is possible. You don’t have to navigate it alone.

Areas of counselling expertise

  • Relationships: Attachment issues, communication, intimacy, recovering from infidelity or disconnection, dating, and reigniting love
  • Self-Esteem & Identity: Building self-worth, self-compassion, and alignment with authentic values
  • Depression & Loss of Meaning: Isolation, low motivation, or loss of connection to joy and purpose
  • Trauma: Healing from childhood, sexual, or relational trauma through compassionate, body-aware approaches
  • Anxiety: Overthinking, social anxiety, perfectionism, and emotional regulation
  • Emotional Eating & Body Image: Reclaiming balance and a positive relationship with your body and food

Therapeutic framework & modalities

My framework is attachment-based and experiential, integrating evidence-based methods with depth-oriented approaches that bring insight to life through experience.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)
  • Compassionate Inquiry
  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
  • Gottman Method Couples Therapy
  • Bader-Pearson Developmental Model
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
  • Bowen Family Systems Therapy

My goal is to help clients build awareness, safety, and connection—within themselves and in their relationships—so they can create meaningful, sustainable change.

My approach

As a progressive therapist, I believe therapy works best when it feels real. I bring warmth, curiosity, and honest engagement to each session. My clients often describe me as relatable, grounded, and intuitive.

The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of transformation, and I use it as a living practice ground for healthier connection. Whether in individual or couples work, I balance empathy with directness—helping clients feel both supported and challenged to grow.

Group facilitation

Since 2010, I’ve been designing and leading large-scale experiential workshops that bring the science and practice of connection to life. There’s a unique power that emerges when people come together to learn, heal, and grow—it can’t be replicated in the therapy room alone.

Through Repiphany Counselling and community initiatives like Elevate 2026 and Relate: The Science and Practice of Human Connection, I continue to create spaces for collective growth and transformation throughout Prince George and beyond.

Media & community outreach

I’m passionate about making mental health and relational education accessible to everyone. I’ve appeared in multiple media outlets—including television, podcasts, and social media segments—to share knowledge, reduce stigma, and inspire others to live more connected, intentional lives.

These platforms allow me to bring evidence-based insights and real-world tools to a wider audience, translating complex psychological concepts into practical strategies people can use every day.
