As a counsellor specializing in treating stress and anxiety, I understand how these issues affect your day-to-day life. When you work with me, you will learn how to manage your anxiety and work towards feeling calmer and more relaxed. We will work together to understand your thoughts and feelings better so you can gain control of your mind and live the life you want to live.
I have spent the last six years studying children and youth with behaviour challenges involved with law enforcement. I teach parents how to connect deeply with their kids so they can open themselves to receiving the support their need. I will help you find ways to manage your child, find balance in your life, and relieve the overwhelming commitment that parenting your child brings.

Personal qualities / strengths as a counsellor
I believe it is possible for you to feel better. Perhaps the hope I have for all my clients and the trust I have in the body’s ability to heal is the foundation on which all my strengths and qualities originate. I listen to you, work within your comfort zone, and support you as you move beyond it to meet your goals.
I am empathetic and genuine, and I have a sense of humor. I am always learning how to support my clients better and I am dedicated to continuing education and participating in clinical supervision.
