A Specialist in Integrated Healing for Anxiety, Stress, and Focus
As a counsellor specializing in treating stress and anxiety, I recognize that these issues live in both the mind and the body. My approach is rooted in integrated mental health, meaning we engage your entire system for lasting change and emotional regulation—we don’t just talk about your feelings.
When you work with me, you will learn how to manage your anxiety and work towards feeling calmer and more relaxed. We will work together to understand your thoughts and feelings better so you can gain control of your mind and live the life you want to live.
My work blends evidence-based therapy with the intuitive wisdom of the body. I approach healing as a process of reconnection—between mind and body, emotion and breath, self and story. Through this integrative lens, I help clients build resilience, find grounding, and rediscover calm from within.
Integrated therapy modalities
I am dedicated to evidence-based practices and draw upon several methods to create a personalized, integrated treatment plan, which include:
- Mind-Body Integration: Utilizing the therapeutic power of Yoga movement and breathing and Clinical Aromatherapy to regulate the nervous system and manage symptoms of anxiety and trauma.
- Cognitive & Processing Therapies: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
- Skill Building: Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).
- Systemic Approach: Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Personal qualities / strengths as a counsellor
I believe it is possible for you to feel better. The hope I have for all my clients and the trust I have in the body’s ability to heal is the foundation on which all my strengths originate. I listen deeply, meet you where you are, and gently support you as you move beyond your comfort zone to meet your goals.
Known for my intuitive presence and grounded warmth, I bring both curiosity and compassion into the counselling space. Clients often describe me as calm, authentic, and gently challenging when needed. I believe humor, humility, and shared humanity are vital parts of the healing process.
