The small-group structure allows you to not only learn about connection, but to practice it immediately in real time—with feedback, reflection, and support.
This program draws from evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Authentic Relating principles, blending inner work and interpersonal skill-building to create lasting change.

Kathleen Jaggassar is a Clinical Counsellor, Registered Aromatherapist, and Yoga Teacher with a deep passion for integrative healing and community care. With over a decade of experience weaving together science, spirit, and story, Kathleen helps individuals reconnect to themselves through nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and creative ritual. Known for her intuitive presence and depth of insight, Kathleen brings warmth, curiosity, and a touch of wild-hearted wisdom to every room she enters.

Christina Bianchini is a Registered Professional Counsellor, relationship expert, international speaker, and personal development workshop facilitator. Founder of Repiphany Counselling, Christina is passionate about igniting individuals to realize what is possible when they fully open their hearts to creating connected, fun, and healthy relationships.
