From Overwhelmed to Regulated
From Overwhelmed to RegulatedAn in-person, small-group program designed for professional women who feel chronically overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, or depleted despite being highly capable and used to managing a lot
Rather than pushing through stress or relying on willpower alone, this program helps participants understand and work with their nervous system.
Using mindfulness-based, trauma-informed approaches, participants will learn practical tools to:
- regulate emotional intensity,
- increase distress tolerance,
- respond to stress with greater steadiness and control, and
- feel more grounded in work, relationships, and daily life.
This is not a quick-fix program. It’s designed to help build foundational skills for sustainable emotional regulation and nervous system resilience.
Grounded in over 20 years of clinical experience, this program is particularly suited for women carrying significant personal and professional responsibility who are ready for a different way of managing overwhelm.
