6-Week Program: Thursday evenings
October 8th – November 12th

You’re capable. Responsible. High-functioning.

But lately…

  • your patience is thinner,
  • your stress tolerance is lower,
  • your emotional reactions feel bigger,
  • your body feels wired, tired—or both, and
  • “just take care of yourself” hasn’t been enough.

What if you’re not failing at coping—what if your nervous system is simply overloaded?

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.

You’re capable.

From Overwhelmed to Regulated

An in-person, small-group program designed for women who feel chronically overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, or depleted despite being highly capable and used to managing a lot

Rather than pushing through stress or relying on willpower alone, this program helps participants understand and work with their nervous system.

Using mindfulness-based, trauma-informed approaches, participants will learn practical tools to:

  • regulate emotional intensity,
  • increase distress tolerance,
  • respond to stress with greater steadiness and control, and
  • feel more grounded in work, relationships, and daily life.

This is not a quick-fix program. It’s designed to help build foundational skills for sustainable emotional regulation and nervous system resilience.

Program Goals

By the end of the program, participants can expect to gain:

  • A clearer understanding of how their nervous system responds to stress and overwhelm,
  • Practical, repeatable tools to support regulation in daily life,
  • A greater ability to tolerate emotional discomfort without shutting down or becoming reactive,
  • Increased emotional awareness and self-regulation skills,
  • A stronger sense of steadiness, groundedness, and control, and
  • A personalized set of practices to continue beyond the program.

This program does not promise to eliminate stress or difficult emotions. Instead, it helps participants build the capacity to respond to life’s demands more effectively and sustainably.
