Relate Better in Real Time is a fun, interactive 90-minute workshop about making the moments we share more meaningful. Through conversation, experiential exercises, and real-time practice, you’ll discover simple ways to bring more presence, curiosity, authenticity, and connection into your everyday interactions.
You’ll experiment, connect, probably laugh a little, and leave with practical tools you can use right away, with partners, friends, family, coworkers, and even the people you meet along the way.
Because whether we have five minutes or five hours, how we show up can change the quality of the connection we create.
